Tai Chi is a dance-like martial art form from China. Known formally as Tai Chi Chuan, it is an often practiced with the aim of promoting balance, flexibility, and health. Tai Chi Chuan’s training forms are well known as the slow motion routines that groups of people practice together every morning in parks around the world, particularly in China.
No prior experience with Tai Chi is required.
New students are welcome.
