Sarah Doucette taught yoga at Neskaya from the time we opened. Last fall, she took a leave of absence for personal reasons. We hoped she would be able to return soon, but that hasn't happened. We offered some short-term classes, but haven't found a regular teacher yet. Jenny Deupree has become interested in NIA, a form of workout based on dance, yoga and martial arts. We have been practicing with a DVD on Tuesday evenings. Jenny will take the training in late June and we plan to offer classes on Tuesday nights from 6:00 to 7:30, starting in July.
