Spirit of India – Sat 27th March 2021 @ 19:30pm BST UK TIME. A special with Peter Vallance bringing some of his wonderful dances from India (usually done at the Sacred Dance festival here in Findhorn) with familiar faces from this wonderful Indian night.

Here is some info about the dances I shared…

MITACHAT LASHAMAYIM  (UNDER THE SKY)
Music:  David Broza (israeli singer)  the live version from Massada
Choreography:  Sergio Malqui
This dance came to me in 2012,  we organized a MERKAVAH, a journey of power to Israel along with Frida Zalcman…..  that was a difficult time in Israel/Palestine relations….  in that background this dance came..
We came here
from under the sky
two – like a pair of eyes
We have time
under the sky
In the meantime – we’re still here…..
the dance is about two becoming one…
RUACH  (WIND, BREATH or SPIRIT)
This dance came during this crazy times, along with other dances that have to be with the air, the respiratory pathways….  to my understanding that represents the survival… that is under attack… the survival of the human being as a social being…
BISMILAH (IN HIS NAME)

This dance came to me last year,  just one month before crazy times…   In his name… in the name of the merciful, the compassionate…what we think, what we do and what we feel MUST  be aligned…  and best if its directed into compassion in action.
